Job Description
Position:: SAP Vistex Functional Consultant
Location: Loveland, CO (Open to Remote)
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Vistex Functional Consultant to support and participate in the implementation of SAP Vistex (V/4) solutions across North America. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, PMO, and IT teams to deliver high-quality SAP Vistex solutions aligned with Order-to-Cash, rebates, and incentive processes.
Key Responsibilities
SAP Vistex Implementation & Functional Expertise
• Support and actively participate in SAP Vistex implementations for North American business units.
• Provide business process expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Vistex Rebates, and Incentives Management.
• Configure Vistex components including:
o Pricing
o Agreements
o Transactional data
o Composite structures
• Collaborate daily with PMO, Functional Leads, and project teams to meet project milestones and deliverables.
• Lead requirements gathering, gap analysis, data collection, and process documentation to align business needs with SAP capabilities.
• Evaluate and recommend solutions for proposed process changes.
Testing, Deployment & Cutover
• Perform QA and UAT activities, including:
o Test strategy support
o Test script creation
o UAT execution and defect tracking
• Drive issue resolution in partnership with IT and business teams.
• Support cutover activities and ensure solution readiness for deployment.
• Ensure business and system readiness prior to go-live.
Integration & Technical Understanding
• Demonstrate understanding of SAP integration areas including:
o Order Processing
o FI / Accounting
o Reporting
o Master Data
• Work with cross-functional teams to validate data flow and system dependencies.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Vistex V/4, and SAP Fiori applications is mandatory.
Stakeholder Engagement & Intake Management
• Actively engage with business stakeholders to understand operational processes and objectives.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for business questions or system issues before IT involvement.
• Promote strong communication between business and IT, ensuring alignment on priorities and solutions.
• Manage intake and demand backlog, including:
o Grooming
o Prioritization
o Disposition of requests
• Align backlog priorities with Business Owners and Functional Leads.
Training, Change Management & Documentation
• Document and maintain Business Process Maps based on deployed solutions and ongoing process changes.
• Create and update end-user training documentation.
• Support development and delivery of training materials.
• Provide post-deployment user support, process clarification, and refinement of business requirements.
• Assist with change management, readiness, and adoption activities to ensure successful transition to new ways of working.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 8–10+ years of SAP functional consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Vistex (V/4).
• Expertise in Order-to-Cash, Rebates, and Incentives Management.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori applications.
• Strong understanding of SAP integrations (SD, FI, Reporting, Master Data).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience supporting North American business implementations preferred.
