Role : Appian Developer
location : Remote
An Appian Developer designs, develops, and deploys enterprise-grade applications using the Appian Low-Code platform to streamline business processes.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include building process models, interfaces, and integrations, conducting testing, and collaborating with teams to meet business requirements.
Key skills:
Appian RPA, BPMN modeling, SQL (MariaDB), and API integration
Core ResponsibilitiesApplication Development: Design and implement Appian applications, including SAIL interfaces, process models, and records.
Integration: Integrate Appian with external systems using APIs, web services, and database technologies like MariaDB.
Process Modeling: Design complex workflows using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
Testing & Maintenance: Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.
Collaboration: Work with business analysts, project managers, and clients to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Appian Platform: Proven experience in Appian development (often 2-5+ years for senior roles).
Technical Proficiencies: Strong skills in Appian SAIL, SQL, Java, REST/SOAP web services, and RPA.
Certifications: Certified Appian Developer (Level 1, 2, or 3).
Methodologies: Experience with Agile development, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to fix bugs and improve performance.
