Responsibilities -
1. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Service Now applications ensuring proper coverage of all modules and functionalities. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define test objectives.
3. Conduct various types of testing including functional integration regression and performance testing - Identify document and track defects and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
4. Create and maintain test data and test environments.
5. Provide support and guidance to junior testers as needed.
6. Work with the application team andor client to resolve any issues that arise in the testing process.
7. Analyze test requirements and design and execute tests.
8. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in Service Now testing.
