Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AI Testing Specialist to join an innovative team focused on transforming Quality Engineering through Artificial Intelligence. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in QA Automation, AI-driven testing, and modern DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven testing frameworks.
- Implement automated test generation and self-healing test capabilities.
- Integrate continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines.
- Utilize AI for synthetic test data generation, defect prediction, and test optimization.
- Define and enforce QA best practices, including TDD, BDD, and UAT.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure secure, scalable, and high-quality software delivery.
- Support shift-left testing initiatives throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Required Skills
- Strong experience in QA Automation and Software Testing.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven testing methodologies.
- Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation tools.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with API testing and automation frameworks.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Understanding of TDD, BDD, UAT, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, synthetic data generation, or intelligent test automation is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building scalable automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with AI-assisted software development and testing.
