Job Title: Solution Architect – Cornerstone OnDemand
Work Location: New Brunswick, NJ, USA(Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months
Experience Required: 10+ Years
Education: Engineering Graduate / Post Graduate / Equivalent

Must-Have Technical Skills

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in Learning Technologies, including 8+ years in Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD).
  • Deep hands-on expertise in CSOD Learning Module.
  • Experience in Performance, Recruiting, Extended Enterprise, and Content domains (preferred).

Strong understanding of:
SaaS architecture,SSO/SAML, APIs & Web Services, Data Integration frameworks, 
 
Experience integrating enterprise systems such as:
  • SAP SuccessFactors
  • Workday
  • Oracle HCM
  • Active Directory systems
  • CRM platforms

Functional Skills
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Corporate learning strategies,Compliance training programs,Blended learning methodologies,Capability development frameworks
  • Experience working with global learning organizations in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Excellent analytical, mapping, and documentation skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
1.Solution Design & Architecture

  • Architect end-to-end learning solutions using the full CSOD Learning suite:
  • Learning Management
  • Content Anytime
  • ILT/VILT
  • Curricula
  • Certifications
  • Observations
  • Design scalable, future-ready learning architectures aligned with business strategy.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
  • Establish governance frameworks, standards, and CSOD best practices.

2.Implementation & Configuration
  • Lead full lifecycle implementations (requirements → configuration → testing → deployment).
  • Configure CSOD modules including:
  • Learning
  • Performance
  • Extended Enterprise
  • Content
  • Manage advanced configurations:
  • Dynamic assignments
  • Automated workflows
  • Custom pages
  • Email templates
  • Certification paths
  • Oversee environment management (Stage/Production), release management, and regression testing readiness.

3.Integration & Data Strategy
  • Design and oversee integrations with:
  • HRIS systems
  • Identity management systems
  • CRM platforms
  • External content providers
  • Define:
  • Data migration strategies
  • Data models
  • Reporting frameworks
  • Analytics architecture
  • Utilize CSOD Reporting (Reporting 2.0 / Insights) for dashboards and compliance reporting.

4.Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Business, L&D, HR, and IT stakeholders.
  • Conduct workshops, demos, and solution planning sessions.
  • Support change management initiatives, training plans, and system adoption strategies.

5.Support & Optimization
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with CSOD Support.
  • Continuously optimize workflows, performance, and learning experience.
  • Monitor new releases, platform trends, and industry best practices.
