Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle XStore POS Test Manager to lead testing efforts for retail point-of-sale implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end testing activities, ensuring high-quality delivery across XStore POS systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage functional, integration, and UAT testing for Oracle XStore POS
- Define test strategy, test plans, and test cases aligned with business requirements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
- Oversee defect tracking, resolution, and reporting
- Ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Support test automation initiatives where applicable
Requirements:
- Experience in Oracle XStore POS testing
- Strong knowledge of retail POS systems and workflows
- Proven experience in test management and team coordination
- Familiarity with QA tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
