We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in King of Prussia, PA (Hybrid – 4 days onsite / 1 day remote). This role requires a strong blend of business analysis expertise and deep Salesforce knowledge to drive impactful solutions.
Experience Required:
- 10+ years overall experience
- 8+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst
Certifications (Mandatory):
- Salesforce Admin
- Sales Cloud Consultant
- Plus one of the following: CPQ / Service Cloud / Marketing Cloud / Data Cloud
Role Overview
The Salesforce Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Salesforce solutions align with organizational goals. The role requires strong analytical skills, multi-cloud Salesforce expertise, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, scope, and pain points
- Document functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Perform business gap analysis and FIT-GAP analysis
- Align requirements with Salesforce solution teams
- Develop reports, dashboards, and perform data analysis
- Own requirements end-to-end
Solution Design & Validation
- Work closely with architects and developers to define and refine solutions
- Validate solutions against business needs and Salesforce best practices
- Conduct solution demos and perform smoke testing
Process Optimization
- Identify automation opportunities and process improvements within Salesforce
- Analyze current and future state processes
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Support UAT, triage defects, validate fixes, and ensure successful deployment
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear alignment
Training & Documentation
- Prepare user documentation and conduct training sessions for end-users
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12+ years of IT experience with significant Salesforce BA experience
- Proven expertise in multi-cloud Salesforce implementations
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
