Job Description
The Endpoint Engineer will design, manage, and support Microsoft Intune and Azure AVD environments for enterprise endpoints (laptops, virtual desktops). This is a critical, high-impact role supporting all end users.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize Intune & Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments
• Design and deploy Windows 11 provisioning (Autopilot, updates, images)
• Create and manage Intune policies (apps, compliance, security)
• Handle endpoint security, patching, and application deployments
• Provide L3 support, RCA, and escalation support
• Manage desktop lifecycle, images, and automation (SCCM/MECM)
• Work with engineering teams on integrations and solutions
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base
Must-Have Skills
• 8+ years experience (5+ years in Intune engineering)
• Strong Microsoft Intune (mandatory) – mobile + Windows
• Experience with large-scale integrations (1,000+ users)
• Expertise in Windows 11, AD, Group Policies
• Experience with Endpoint Security & Patch Management
• Knowledge of MECM (SCCM) and AVD (preferred)
• Experience with OneDrive
🚫 No Intune = Reject (SCCM alone not acceptable)
