Job Description
Position: Technical Program Manager (TPM) – SAP Finance
Location: Redmond, WA region preferred, if only not found , Remote with PST time work is okay
Experience: 12-15 Years or more
Role Summary:
Client is looking for a TPM with strong SAP Finance experience to lead platform migration, data lake retirement, and cross‑team delivery on Azure‑based SAP programs.

Required Skills:
- Hands‑on experience with SAP BW/4HANA and S/4HANA -Data Migration EXP
- Recent experience leading large SAP transformation programs
- Strong technical program management skills
- Ability to drive discussions with business and engineering teams
Preferred Skills:
- Azure Fabric & OneLake
- ADLS Gen2
- Exposure to AI / analytics initiatives
- Good understanding of Azure platform and data architecture
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sprint planning and program execution
- Own demand intake and requirements gathering
- Define and prioritize Unified Platform scope of work
- Identify dependencies and remove delivery blockers
- Drive BODS retirement and consumer sign‑offs
- Support FDL OneLake and EDL retirement initiatives
- Migrate BW/4HANA datasets to Unified Platform/FDL
- Support SAP Domain AI Agent efforts (as applicable)
