Role Overview
  • Own execution at the capability level for the Salesforce program, including reporting and cross-portfolio impact assessment.
  • Manage tools used by business teams for alignment and internal communication.
  • Act as a program management function for key cross-functional initiatives within Sales.
  • Track and manage project risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.
  • Ensure delivery of highly visible cross-functional programs.
  • Plan business deployment and track activities related to go-live.
  • Apply strong analytical skills to drive process improvement, root cause analysis, and actionable insights.
  • Manage competing priorities while maintaining thorough deliverables.
