Role Overview
- Own execution at the capability level for the Salesforce program, including reporting and cross-portfolio impact assessment.
- Manage tools used by business teams for alignment and internal communication.
- Act as a program management function for key cross-functional initiatives within Sales.
- Track and manage project risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure delivery of highly visible cross-functional programs.
- Plan business deployment and track activities related to go-live.
- Apply strong analytical skills to drive process improvement, root cause analysis, and actionable insights.
- Manage competing priorities while maintaining thorough deliverables.
