Role: UKG Ready Consultant
Location: Onsite in Weston, FL or Boston, MA (Onsite)
Core Responsibilities
UKG Ready roles generally focus on the following tasks:

Implementation and Configuration: Configure the UKG Ready system according to business requirements, including payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, and workforce management modules

Client Support and Training: Conduct discovery sessions to gather requirements, deliver end user training, and provide guidance for effective system use

Process Optimization: Collaborate with HR, payroll, and management teams to optimize system functionality and ensure compliance with labor and timekeeping regulations

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records for system configuration, updates, and create process documentation for internal or client reference

Recruiting and Job Description Automation: Use advanced UKG Ready AI tools, such as Job Genius, to automate creation of job descriptions and interview questions, ensuring consistency and quality in hiring processes
