Senior Project Manager – Finance Transformation (ERP / SAP Finance Boundary Systems)
Role Summary
- Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven expertise in ERP and SAP Finance boundary systems to lead two critical finance transformation initiatives. This role requires a highly experienced PM who can operate independently while serving as a Solution Lead and hands‑on Business Analyst, driving alignment across Finance, IT, and Operations.
- The successful candidate will bring deep understanding of SAP Finance environments (FI/CO, AR, GL, etc.) and their integration with boundary systems, and will leverage that expertise to lead a HighRadius implementation and a reverse‑logistics disposition reporting initiative aimed at reducing waste across distribution centers and improving financial and operational visibility.
Project Details:
- Lead finance transformation initiatives within an SAP Finance ecosystem, including implementation of the HighRadius platform as a boundary system supporting AR, cash application, and credit/collections, ensuring seamless integration with SAP FI processes and data flows.
- Drive a reverse‑logistics disposition reporting initiative by partnering with Finance, IT, and Operations to design SAP‑aligned reporting and analytics that improve visibility, reduce waste across distribution centers, and inform financial decision‑making.
Top Must Haves:
- 10+ years as a Senior Project Manager leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives within ERP / SAP Finance environments.
- Proven experience with SAP Finance (FI/CO, AR, GL) and integrating boundary systems such as AR automation, cash application, or credit/collections platforms.
- Hands‑on Solution Lead / PM‑BA background, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and overseeing ERP‑aligned integrations.
- Experience implementing or managing finance platforms (HighRadius strongly preferred or comparable tools) in coordination with vendors and internal SAP teams.
- Strong communicator able to translate between Finance, IT, and Operations, with a track record of driving clarity and results in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
