Job Title: HR Operations Specialist
Duration: 6 months
Location: Jersey City, NJ Hybrid
Require 2 contingent workers to support HR team with the operationalization of Identity
Verification to meet required project timelines
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the team tasked with providing the services described above within IAM Projects Assist in defining the IAM Projects requirements for Process| Workflow and Report Definitions.
Assist in development of documentation| subject training| and other knowledge material on Entitlement Management processes. Join virtual interviews to support a smooth identity verification experience| observing a mobile ID scan and confirming the result through the orchestration hub. Based on verification status and established guidelines and controls| take appropriate action to adjudicate and proceed end the interview
