Strong hands-on experience Dynamics 365 Contact Center (CCaaS)
Work is primarily configuration + lightweight development (e.g., queues/routing rules/skills/workstreams/agent experiences; automation via Power Platform where needed).
Mandatory skills:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is required (other chat/contact-center platforms are a bonus but will not substitute).
