Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective)
- Coach team members on Agile/Scrum principles and practices
- Remove impediments that hinder team progress
- Ensure adherence to Scrum framework and Agile methodologies
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, sprint progress)
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team collaboration
- Shield the team from external distractions and interruptions
- Support release planning and coordination across teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts and remove blockers
- Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
