Job Description

• Manage cross-functional workstreams across engineering teams, tracking milestones, dependencies, and commitments
• Drive program governance including status reporting, risk/issue management, decision tracking, and escalation paths
• Prepare and maintain executive-facing materials such as readouts, dashboards, and program updates reflecting accurate program status
• Facilitate working sessions and communications across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support the program lead in managing a complex stakeholder landscape spanning CTO staff, SVP-level leaders, product, and engineering teams
• Identify and escalate delivery risks early, providing recommendations—not just highlighting issues

• Ability to understand engineering work at a conceptual level (no coding required) and ask meaningful, informed questions
• Comfort working in engineering-adjacent environments (SDLC, platform modernization, cloud, AI tooling is a plus)
• Strong proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, and other PM systems
