Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Palantir Foundry (FWD) Consultant / Lead with strong expertise in enterprise data pipelines, workshop-driven solutioning, and Oracle ERP integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing scalable data workflows, conducting stakeholder workshops, and implementing enterprise transformation solutions using Palantir Foundry within complex ERP ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Palantir Foundry Development & Architecture
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ontology-driven workflows within Palantir Foundry.
Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes, data transformations, and operational applications using Foundry tools.
Develop robust data models, code repositories, pipeline orchestration, and automation frameworks.
Configure and manage Foundry objects, datasets, contours, pipelines, and operational workflows.
Implement data governance, lineage, access controls, and monitoring within Foundry environments.
Support deployment, testing, debugging, and performance optimization activities.
Workshop & Business Solutioning
Conduct discovery workshops, design-thinking sessions, and business process assessments with enterprise stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into scalable Foundry-based solutions and implementation roadmaps.
Drive requirement gathering, use-case prioritization, and solution demonstrations.
Collaborate with business users, architects, and leadership teams to define KPIs and operational workflows.
Prepare functional documentation, workshop outputs, solution diagrams, and executive presentations.
Oracle ERP Integration
Integrate Palantir Foundry with Oracle ERP platforms including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and HR modules.
Work with Oracle ERP data structures, APIs, interfaces, and middleware integrations.
Develop enterprise data synchronization and reconciliation workflows between ERP and Foundry platforms.
Support ERP modernization, analytics, and operational intelligence initiatives.
Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, Product, ERP, Cloud, and Business teams.
Mentor junior consultants and developers on Foundry best practices and enterprise implementation approaches.
Participate in architecture reviews, client presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
Support Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, estimations, and backlog management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
5+ years of overall experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or Enterprise Platforms.
Strong hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry (FWD).
Expertise in building enterprise-scale data pipelines and workflow orchestration.
Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data modeling, and data integration patterns.
Experience with Python, SQL, Spark, or similar data engineering technologies.
Strong experience integrating with Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion / Oracle EBS systems.
Experience working with APIs, REST services, middleware, and enterprise integrations.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Functional & Consulting Skills
Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to gather requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
Experience in enterprise transformation or operational intelligence programs.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, Telecom, or Healthcare domains.
Exposure to ontology modeling and operational applications in Foundry.
Experience with ERP analytics, process mining, or enterprise reporting.
Palantir Foundry certifications or relevant enterprise platform certifications.
Experience leading client-facing engagements and offshore/onshore coordination.
