Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain PostgreSQL databases and related components
Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions
Develop and manage database schemas, indexes, and performance tuning strategies
Collaborate with application developers and cross-functional teams to support data needs
Analyze and improve database performance, scalability, and reliability
Implement data integrity, security, and backup/recovery processes
Support ETL processes and data migrations as needed
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of hands-on experience with PostgreSQL development
Strong expertise in writing stored procedures, functions, and advanced SQL queries
Experience with query optimization and performance tuning
Solid understanding of database design principles and normalization
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
