Job Description
• Design, create, and maintain Maestro resources including Workbooks, Worksheets, Dashboards, Scorecards, Alerts, Filters, Variables, and Insert Definitions Configure planning workflows, automation chains, and scheduled tasks within the Maestro platform
• Author custom workbooks and worksheets tailored to Vertiv's demand and supply planning processe:
• Perform unit testing, sprint demos, and configuration defect resolution during SIT and UAT phases Maintain and manage user access, user groups, and resource-level security within Maestro

Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain planning systems, with a minimum of 3+ years direct configuring Kinaxis RapidResponse / Maestro
• Demonstrated experience in Maestro Authoring - workbooks, worksheets, dashboards, scorecards, alerts, filters, and automation chains
• Hands-on experience with Kinaxis data integration — data mapping, ETL processes, data source configuration, and integration with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
• Strong understanding of demand planning and supply planning business processes

Kinaxis Certification:
Maestro Author Level 1 or Level 2 (RapidResponse Author Level 1/2 accepted)
