Job Description

- 8 to 10+ years of experience in SAP and cloud operation
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in IT FinOps projects, possessing the following experiences and qualifications:
SAP Expertise:
- Proven experience in SAP application and operations management, demonstrating a broad understanding of key SAP modules and technologies both historical and present.
Cloud Financial Governance and CoE Setup:
- Establishing and defining Cloud FinOps Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and governance models for mid-sized to large organizations.
Collaboration with IT Procurement:
- Experience collaborating with IT procurement teams to optimize cloud-related financial processes.
Vendor Management Experience:
- Hands-on experience working with one or more cloud vendors, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Familiarity with cloud contracting models, commitment models, and licensing structures.
- Familiarity with SAP licensing models
Cost Optimization Techniques:
- In-depth knowledge of cloud cost optimization techniques across storage, data transfer, compute, database, and monitoring.
- IT Strategies and Operations:
- Proficient understanding of AI adoption, cloud strategies, Dev-Sec-Ops practices, and cloud-based operations.
Tools Experience:
- Hands-on working experience in one or more FinOps and Technology Business Management (TBM) tools like Cloudability, Apptio, CloudCheckr, Cloudhealth, AWS Cost Explorer, Azure Cost Management, etc.
