Job Description
Understand & own the application, its workflow knowledge
• Transform the high-level vision of the product manager into detailed requirements
• Offer functional support on incidents and enhancement
• Create functional documents and identify gap in existing documents
• Build application and O&G knowledge in team
• Investigate applications for potential feature identification
• Maintain the backlog as long as work with SM to maintain hygienic incident backlog
• Understanding or experience on Honeywell Product Suites (PHD, DOS etc.) along with ITSM knowledge would be preferred
