Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements & Solution Design:
- Lead discovery and design sessions to ensure GTAO has cleary defined business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Perform impact analysis across Workday Recruiting and downstream integrations to ensure changes are scalable and do not introduce risk
Testing Strategy & Execution:
- Lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle, including development of test strategy, plans, scenarios, and scripts
- Own QA execution and defect management, ensuring timely identification and resolution of issues
- Partner wiht GTAO to support and facilitiate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring business requirements are fully validated
Workday Configuration & System Optimization:
- Perform basic configuration within Workday Recruiting, including:
- Business processe modifications
- Notifications, alerts, and questionnaires
- Recommend and implement continuous improvements to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
Skills: Core Skills & Experience Required
Functional & Technical Skills:
- Strong experience with Workday Recruiting testing required
- Basic experience with Workday Recruiting configuration required
- Deep understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes and workflows
- Experience with QA/UAT methodologies and defect management
- Ability to perform system impact analysis across integrations and downstream processes
Analytical & Problem-Solving:
- Strong ability to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and recommend scalable solutions
- High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity
- Comfortable working with complex scenarios and incomplete information
Stakeholder & Influence Skills:
- Proven ability to manage and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong communication skills—able to translate technical concepts into clear business language
