Job Description
For this role, we are looking for passionate SAP Service Now Project Managers with excellent technical and communication skills managing Engineering projects.
 
Responsibilities / Experience –
  • Managed end-to-end delivery of multiple AI and enterprise software programs (Workday, FST, Phoenix AI) under the University PMO framework coordinating 6+ cross-functional teams across engineering, QA, and business units.
  • Collaborated with technical leads to refine business requirements into system design and validation for Java microservices ensuring seamless migration and 30% reduction in functional defects.
  • Established Jira and Confluence KPI tracking for bug closure, velocity and sprint health achieving 25% improvement in on-time resolution and better transparency across releases.
  • Introduced structured change management and risk control processes using risk logs and technical debt registers, reducing scope creep by 20% and accelerating ticket closure by 15%.
  • Used Agile/hybrid best practices daily standups, biweekly sprint retrospectives, and backlog grooming driving on time sprint completion rate and continuous improvement across delivery cycles.
 
 
Qualifications/Required Skills:
  • 12 years of strong hands-on project management experience with 4+ years managing SAP projects.
