Job Description
- Review and analyze existing applications and codebases to understand system functionality and processes.
- Perform data profiling, data quality checks, querying, cleanup, and mapping.
- Gather, analyze, and document business processes and system requirements.
- Develop functional and technical requirements, including use cases, storyboards, and wireframes.
- Create test scenarios, test plans, and test scripts to support application implementation.
- Define and document interface requirements and specifications.
- Facilitate and document stakeholder meetings and workshops across business and technical teams.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Assist in the development of application support plans, RACI matrices, and support handover documentation.
- Support data integration initiatives and application deployment activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on software implementation or deployment projects.
- Strong technical understanding of software development and data systems.
- Programming knowledge in Java, C++, C, or similar languages.
- Experience working with Oracle databases and SQL querying.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros.
- Strong experience in data profiling, data analysis, and querying.
- Experience working on data integration projects.
- Expertise in documenting functional and technical requirements.
- Understanding of data science concepts and data product requirements.
- Experience working in Agile environments with DevOps practices (Azure DevOps preferred).
- Familiarity with automated testing tools.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–10 years of experience in Business Analysis for IT projects, including cloud computing and data integration initiatives.
- Programming experience is required.
