Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Automation Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of enterprise automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), along with experience leading automation initiatives and mentoring development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Develop and optimize workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
- Build and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) for business applications.
- Design and manage data models, security, and integrations within Dataverse.
- Develop and deploy conversational AI solutions using Copilot Studio.
- Configure and manage authentication, authorization, and user access through Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, best practices, code reviews, and mentorship to Power Platform developers.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and third-party applications.
- Monitor solution performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform governance and compliance.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Experience developing AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity and access management.
- Experience with Power Platform security, governance, and administration.
- Strong understanding of API integrations, connectors, and enterprise application architecture.
- Experience leading development teams and automation projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Dynamics 365 integration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Azure services.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications preferred.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
