Job Description
We are looking for an experienced BEV Consultant – Siemens OpCenter to play a key technical leadership role in the implementation, configuration, and support of Siemens OpCenter as part of the Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) program for a new battery manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Siemens OpCenter MES in discrete manufacturing environments and expertise in MES integrations, manufacturing processes, and production systems.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Siemens OpCenter Discrete modules to support battery manufacturing operations
- Develop user interfaces, workflows, and data models within the OpCenter platform
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and validation activities
- Troubleshoot MES-related production issues and implement corrective solutions
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements during production ramp-up
- Provide Tier-3 support during production launch and stabilization phases
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and logistics teams to align system capabilities with business requirements
- Document:

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including:
- Sprint Planning
- Backlog Grooming
- Retrospectives
- Work with integration teams to ensure seamless MES-to-ERP and MES-to-PLC connectivity
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in:
- Computer Engineering
- Computer Science
- Industrial Engineering
- Related Technical Discipline
- 8–10 years of overall IT/MES experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Siemens OpCenter MES implementation/support experience
- Strong manufacturing systems and integration background
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in automotive, EV, or battery manufacturing environments preferred
