Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- System Ownership: Own the strategy, lifecycle, and security of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
- Project Governance: Develop site structures, content management strategies, and security protocols aligned with enterprise standards.
- Technical Implementation: Configure custom lists, document libraries, Power Automate workflows, and Power Platform integrations.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate business needs into technical requirements, present updates, and drive user adoption.
- Support & Training: Create documentation and training materials, and provide guidance to end users.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate).
- Project Management: Experience with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile methodologies, and documentation.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams (developers, administrators, security teams).
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) and/or Microsoft certifications preferred.
