Project Environment
This is a high-visibility production support role supporting store network connectivity. The candidate will be working on SD-WAN and internet connectivity for multiple store locations.
Mistakes can directly impact store operations. If the candidate makes an incorrect Meraki or SD-WAN change, store connectivity can go down and production may stop.

Responsibilities
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki SD-WAN environments.
- Support Meraki MX devices across multiple store locations.
- Work on inbound internet circuits connected to SD-WAN devices.
- Coordinate with ISPs, cabling vendors, and field technicians.
- Troubleshoot VPN tunnels, routing, failover, latency, packet loss, firewall rules, and internet outages.
- Validate store connectivity before and after cutovers.
- Support production incidents with urgency.
- Document configurations, circuit details, and troubleshooting steps.
