Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM solutions
• 10+ years supporting the full lifecycle configuration of the Oracle HCM Payroll module
• Program Manager –10+ Years
• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to work within a hybrid model and commute to delivery center locations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll module across the implementation lifecycle
• Assist with requirements gathering and process documentation for payroll operations
• Support data conversion and cutover activities, including balance mapping and validation
• Create and manage cutover checklists and support parallel runs
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to deliverables.
