Who are we looking for?

• The Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) is responsible for leading the design, architecture, and delivery of Pega-based enterprise solutions. The LSA ensures alignment with Pega best practices, business objectives, and enterprise architecture standards while mentoring teams and driving successful implementations.

Technical Skills:

• 8+ years of overall IT experience
• 4–6+ years of hands-on Pega development
• 2+ years in a Lead Architect or LSA role
• Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification (mandatory)
• Strong hands-on experience with Pega Platform (v7.x / 8.x / Infinity)
• Expertise in
• Case Management & BPM
• Decisioning (optional but preferred)
• Data modeling and data pages
• Constellation UI (Sections, Views, Theming)
• Integrations (REST, SOAP, JMS, File, Database)
• Security & Access Control
• Strong understanding of Pega Guardrails and performance optimization
• Experience leading onshore/offshore teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
