Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transportation Management (TM) programs, including implementation, enhancements, support, and global rollouts.
Manage large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives involving SAP EWM, TM, MM, SD, PP, shop floor systems, and third-party applications.
Drive program governance, project planning, resource management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting.
Collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and deliver scalable SAP supply chain solutions.
Lead integration design and execution across SAP EWM, TM, MM, SD, PP, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and Shop Floor Systems.
Oversee warehouse operations including inbound processing, outbound fulfillment, inventory management, internal movements, labor management, and transportation execution.
Support procurement and inventory processes through SAP MM, including purchasing, goods receipt, stock transfers, and inventory control.
Enable seamless integration with SAP SD for sales order processing, delivery management, shipping, and customer fulfillment activities.
Coordinate SAP PP integration for production planning, material staging, production supply, manufacturing logistics, and order execution.
Manage fit-gap analysis, solution design workshops, testing strategy, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment planning, and hypercare support.
Lead cross-functional teams consisting of business users, SAP functional consultants, developers, architects, data engineers, and third-party vendors.
Product Care Repair Center Operations Lead SAP-enabled Product Care repair and service supply chain processes supporting repair depots, service centers, and logistics operations.
Manage repair center workflows including device intake, repair order processing, spare parts management, refurbishment, reverse logistics, and customer returns.
Support integration between Shop-floor system , SAP systems, repair centers, and logistics partners.
Ensure end-to-end visibility of inventory, repair parts, and product movement across repair centers, warehouses, and distribution networks.
Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on repair turnaround time (TAT), service-level agreement (SLA) compliance, inventory optimization, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate repair center process improvements and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Monitor repair operations performance and collaborate with business teams to resolve process bottlenecks and system issues.
Reporting, Analytics & Data Management
Design and deliver enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using Snowflake, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other business intelligence platforms.
Build executive dashboards and operational reports for warehouse performance, transportation metrics, repair center operations, inventory management, and supply chain KPIs.
Partner with data engineering teams to establish data integration pipelines between Shop Floor Systems, Snowflake, and reporting platforms.
Develop reporting frameworks for repair volumes, backlog management, SLA tracking, inventory aging, transportation costs, and operational efficiency.
Enable real-time and near-real-time visibility into supply chain and repair center operations through advanced analytics solutions.
Conduct root cause analysis using Tableau dashboards and Snowflake datasets to identify trends, operational bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
Establish data governance, master data management, and data quality standards to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance.
Provide executive-level insights and decision-support analytics for senior leadership and business stakeholders.
Leadership & Transformation
Lead SAP S/4HANA migration and digital transformation initiatives across supply chain, warehouse, transportation, manufacturing, and service operations.
Drive continuous improvement programs leveraging SAP best practices, automation, analytics, and process optimization.
Manage global and cross-functional teams across multiple regions and business units.
Ensure compliance with corporate governance, audit requirements, security policies, and industry standards.
Mentor team members and provide leadership in solution design, delivery execution, operational support, and strategic planning.
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT leadership, SAP delivery teams, and external partners to ensure successful program execution.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information technology, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain solutions with expertise in SAP EWM and SAP TM.
Strong knowledge of SAP MM, SD, PP, and S/4HANA integration landscapes.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation programs.
Proven expertise in Service Level Management (SLM), program governance, and enterprise project delivery.
Experience supporting ProductCare Repair Operations, Shop-floor system integrations, reverse logistics, and service supply chain processes.
Strong understanding of warehouse management, transportation, manufacturing, and inventory management processes.
Experience integrating SAP with Shop Floor Systems (MES), third-party applications, and enterprise platforms.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Tableau, SAP Analytics, and executive reporting dashboards.
PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAP certifications preferred.
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
