Job Description
SuccessFactors EC(Employee Central), ECP (Employee Central Payroll)
Lead implementation and support of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
Analyze HR business requirements and translate into system configurations
Configure core HR processes: organizational management, employee lifecycle, payroll integration
Support data migration, integrations (e.g., SAP CPI), and payroll validation
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to optimize global HR processes
Troubleshoot and resolve payroll and HR master data issues
Drive testing cycles (UAT, regression) and support cutover activities
Must demonstrate AMS/support operations experience
