Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and support of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Analyze complex HR business requirements and translate them into robust system configurations.
• Configure core HR processes, including Organizational Management, Employee Lifecycle, and payroll integration.
• Drive data migration strategies, integration management (including SAP Cloud Integration (CPI)), and complex payroll validation.
• Collaborate closely with global HR stakeholders to optimize end-to-end business processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical payroll and HR master data functional issues.
• Direct system testing cycles, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing, while leading comprehensive cutover activities.

Essential Skills:

• 16+ years of IT experience with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors EC (Employee Central) and ECP (Employee Central Payroll).
• Proven track record in Application Support Services (AMS) and support operations management.
• Strong proficiency in SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) for payroll and core HR data flows.
• Demonstrated experience in managing global Organizational Management and Employee Lifecycle workflows.

Desirable Skills:

• Official certifications in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or Employee Central Payroll.
• Experience driving large-scale global HR transformation projects.
