Key Requirements:
Hands-on experience in Mainframe technologies, with a focus on Batch processing
Strong knowledge of JCL, COBOL, and related mainframe tools/environments
Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve batch job issues independently
Experience working in production support and handling batch schedules
Good understanding of data processing, job dependencies, and performance optimization
