Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-level data and experience solutions within Adobe’s Experience Platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data modeling, identity resolution, real-time customer profiles, and integration with Adobe Experience Cloud products, combined with strong technical leadership and executive presence.
This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, solution architects, engineers, and data governance teams to deliver scalable, secure, and future-proof AEP implementations that enable personalized, data-driven customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the technical architect and lead for the design, integration, and deployment of Adobe Experience Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define use cases, objectives, and architecture that meet business requirements.
• Design system and application architectures to support digital experience and business goals.
• Build strong relationships with executive and senior client leadership, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Provide guidance on future-state technology architecture and recommend roadmaps for adoption and optimization.
• Assess current organizational architecture, marketing capabilities, and technology maturity.
• Identify key business drivers and necessary technical capabilities to achieve client objectives.
• Anticipate emerging technology needs and communicate recommendations effectively within deliverables.
• Act as the primary liaison between Adobe, business, and IT teams throughout engagements.
• Ensure alignment between business strategies, IT roadmaps, and technical delivery teams.
• Provide feedback to Adobe product teams based on on-the-ground client experiences to influence product improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, technical solution design, or a similar consultative role.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform (CDP), or equivalent digital marketing solutions.
• Experience with cloud architectures, including Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS.
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as API-first design, SOA, TOGAF, and web services.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with client teams and senior leadership, translating business vision into technical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-functional technical and strategy teams to execute architecture vision.
• Experience collaborating with PMs, software engineers, data architects, application developers, and data scientists to deliver end-to-end solutions.
