Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive end-to-end stakeholder management, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
Lead application support across SAP BRIM components including SOM, CC, CM,CI, and RAR.
Provide ongoing support and enhancements for production systems and operational processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of subscription-based solutions.
Coordinate and lead along with Offshore team
Required Skills & Experience:
10–15 years of hands-on experience in SAP BRIM, with mandatory expertise in SOM/CI.
Proven track record of at least 3-5 full-cycle SAP BRIM implementations.
Strong configuration and customization experience in:
SAP SOM – Subscription lifecycle management or
SAP CI – Billing and invoicing processes
Good understanding of BRIM end to end process in terms of SOM -> CI->RAR
Knowledge of SAP Convergent Mediation, Entitlement Management, and Contract Lifecycle Management is a plus.
SAP BRIM certification preferred.
