Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- 10 - 20 years of overall SAP experience, with at least 3 years in presales roles
- Hands-on S/4HANA pre-sales experience with demonstrated ability to deliver solution demos and value-based presentations
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations and global rollout programs
- Proven SAP program management experience leveraging SAP Activate methodology
- Strong techno-functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA — comfortable discussing both business process and system configuration concepts
- Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodology within the Manufacturing industry (e.g., PP, MM, QM, PM)
 
Roles & Responsibilities
- This is a pure presales individual contributor role requiring strong thought leadership, commercial acumen, and extensive SAP program management experience, particularly in manufacturing environments
- Lead end-to-end pre-sales activities including discovery workshops, solution presentations, demos, and RFP/RFI responses for Manufacturing prospects across North America
- Provide thought leadership in shaping SAP S/4HANA Greenfield transformation programs, including enterprise-wide template design and multi-country rollout strategies
- Define Greenfield implementation approach, including business process standardization, fit-to-standard workshops, and clean core adherence
- Develop and articulate rollout strategies (wave-based/site-based deployment models) aligned to client operating models, especially in manufacturing landscapes
- Leverage SAP Activate methodology to build phase-wise delivery constructs, timelines, and governance models for Greenfield programs
- Create solution architectures, scope constructs, and complexity-based estimation models for Greenfield and rollout engagements
- Develop high-quality, client-facing deliverables using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build differentiated and competitive proposals
- Articulate business value, transformation roadmap, and deployment strategy to client stakeholders
- Support pipeline development and opportunity qualification alongside the sales team
- Stay current on SAP S/4HANA roadmap, licensing models, and competitive landscape
