Job Description
Support day-to-day activities related to Salesforce and SAP EH&S systems
- Identify, troubleshoot, and solve product stewardship and master data issues
- Provide product stewardship system solutions, governance, and continuous improvement
- Participate and support corporate and business project work for SAP and Salesforce, including data
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously as project manager or team member, including mergers / acquisitions / divestitures / joint ventures
- Accountable for SAP EH&S and Salesforce functionalities as primary or secondary (backup) process owner
- Influence and interface in global networks (IT, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Trade Compliance)
- migration/transformation, integration testing and user acceptance testing
- Prepare and deliver training on Salesforce and SAP EH&S system topics
- Master data analysis and reporting
- Collaborate in global teams
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product stewardship/regulatory compliance, supply chain, IT, or related SAP area
- Working experience with global teams in Americas, Asia-Pacific and Europe/Middle East/Africa regions
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated teamwork, customer focus, integrity, and professionalism
- Strong problem solving, project management, and record keeping skills
- Excellent writing/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated knowledge and working experience in SAP
- Understand SAP functionality and maste
