Job Description
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday. 7.5-hour workday with .5-hour unpaid lunch.
Client requires a hybrid schedule of a minimum of 3 days on-site, up to including fully on-site depending on department requirements
Project Overview
- The Training Support Analyst provides operational and logistical support for the planning, organization, and delivery of technical training pathways and programs that develop workforce capabilities acrossClient ’s Operations.
- This role supports the execution of instructor-led training, technical learning events, certification programs, and continuing education initiatives.
- The position works closely with training program managers, instructors, and subject matter experts to scope and develop structured learning pathways and workforce development initiatives.
- The analyst also supports engineering teams in developing and submitting technical presentations to be reviewed by a 3rd party for CEU credits.
Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with program managers, operations leaders, and technical subject matter experts to support program delivery.
- Support the logistics of technical training sessions, workshops, and certification programs.
- Manage training calendars and the department SharePoint site to support multiple learning events across departments.
- Collaborate with training program managers to support the development and implementation of structured technical training pathways and curricula.
- Manage logistics for classroom and facility-based training sessions.
- Prepare training rooms, equipment, materials, and instructional resources.
- Work with technical training clerks to support participant registration, enrollment, and attendance tracking.
- Support engineering teams and training leadership in identifying CEU and PDH eligible training programs that are aligned with discipline specific learning paths.
- Assist with preparation and organization of training documentation required for accrediting organizations.
- Serve as a point of contact for training participants and facilitators.
- Support evaluation of training programs and continuous improvement efforts.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. PMP a plus.

2–4 years of experience coordinating training programs, learning events, or workforce development initiatives.

Experience supporting technical, operational, or workforce training programs preferred
