Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker/OpenShift, MongoDB/CockroachDB, Kafka, and Kubernetes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable enterprise applications using modern Java technologies and cloud-native development practices. (Multiple Openings)
Required Skills
- 10+ years of Java development experience
- Core Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot
- REST APIs & Microservices Architecture
- Docker and OpenShift
- MongoDB and/or CockroachDB
- Apache Kafka
- Kubernetes
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
- CI/CD pipelines
- Git
- Maven, Gradle, or Ant
- SQL and NoSQL databases
- Unit Testing & Automated Testing
- Performance tuning and optimization
- Splunk (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Java applications.
- Develop scalable RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot.
- Build and deploy containerized applications using Docker and OpenShift.
- Work with MongoDB, CockroachDB, and relational databases.
- Develop event-driven applications using Kafka.
- Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable Java code.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Knowledge of Java concurrency and JVM internals.
- Experience with scalable application architecture and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Git version control.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
