Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Web Tech Lead with strong expertise in Vue.js, .NET, and SQL to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have experience leading development teams, building scalable enterprise applications, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise web applications using Vue.js and .NET technologies.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance web solutions.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET Core/.NET Framework.
• Design and optimize complex SQL Server databases, queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, UX designers, and QA teams to deliver business requirements.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor development team members.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application reliability and performance.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive technical best practices.
Required Skills
• 8+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a technical lead role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Vue.js.
• Expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, and ASP.NET Web API.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, database design, stored procedures, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and responsive web design.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
