Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Technical Lead with strong hands-on development experience in building enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, REST APIs, SQL, and CI/CD practices.
The candidate should be proactive, self-driven, capable of quickly learning new technologies, and comfortable providing technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
Must-Have Technical Skills
- 10+ years of strong, hands-on Java development experience
- Strong expertise in Core Java
- Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Batch
- Microservices

- Strong SQL and database experience
- Java multithreading and concurrency
- CI/CD experience with Maven, GitHub, and Jenkins

Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with enterprise systems.
- Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka and messaging technologies.
- Write efficient, reusable, maintainable, and high-quality Java code.
- Perform unit and integration testing and support SIT activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Maven, GitHub, Jenkins, and related tools.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
- Troubleshoot application performance issues and optimize system efficiency.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to project teams.
