Job Description
Java Lead with MyBatis
We are seeking an experienced Java Lead with MyBatis to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Java, MyBatis, Spring Boot, React, and Angular, along with experience working with microservices, REST APIs, cloud/container platforms, and enterprise integration patterns.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using Java, React, and Angular.
- Bring 8+ years of experience in Java web application development, with strong hands-on development expertise.
- Demonstrate strong and hands-on experience with MyBatis.
- Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Develop applications using Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data, and Spring MVC.
- Implement unit testing, integration testing, and BDD testing practices.
- Deploy and manage applications in OpenShift containers or relevant cloud environments.
- Apply strong OOP concepts, Java design patterns, and microservice architecture principles.
- Work with relational databases, including MS SQL Server, and optimize database interactions.
- Author clear and detailed technical documentation describing proposed technical solutions and application designs.
- Apply security best practices, including PKI, OWASP guidelines, and secure application development principles.
- Perform performance analysis, troubleshooting, and application tuning.
- Design and implement Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP).
- Work with Apache Camel or Spring Integration where applicable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality applications.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
- Work with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
- Utilize or integrate with NoSQL databases where required.
- Continuously develop technical and soft skills through training, mentorship, and professional development programs.
