Job Description
· Design, implement, support, and maintain enterprise cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
· Manage cloud operations with a focus on automation, monitoring, security, compliance, backup, disaster recovery, and high availability.
· Develop and support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and GitHub.
· Collaborate with application and product teams to deploy, operate, and optimize cloud-based workloads.
· Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
· Monitor cloud platforms, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
· Implement and maintain cloud security controls, access management, key management, governance, and compliance standards.
· Support Windows and Linux server environments and develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
· Manage infrastructure components including networking, DNS, firewalls, load balancers, databases, storage, and enterprise monitoring tools.
· Strong understanding of Cloud Architecture, DevOps, ITIL, ITSM/CMDB, SDLC, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Risk & Security Compliance, and multi-cloud platform operations.
