Job Description

• Candidates with 7-10 years' experience with multiple Agile transformation projects.
• Must have experiences coaching product teams, not IT projects. This is part of the HR, Pensions & Benefits Group.
• Need experience with PMO to Agile transformations. These contractors will lead the way to the new Agile based structure.
• Need Agile Certifications.
• Government experience will be helpful.
• Good Communication skills.
