Job Summary :
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies
- Work closely with Software Engineers, Tech Leads, Architects, QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and Business Analysts
- Understand the complete SDLC from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Facilitate technical discussions and help teams identify dependencies, risks, and technical blockers.
- Understand application architecture, APIs, microservices, databases, integrations, and cloud environments at a working level.
- Coordinate development, QA, UAT, release, and production activities.
- Ensure technical debt, refactoring, defects, security requirements, and infrastructure work are appropriately represented in the backlog.
- Support teams in adopting engineering best practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.
- Sprint & Release Management Coordinate sprint planning and track progress against sprint commitments.
- Monitor velocity, capacity, burndown/burnup, cycle time, throughput, and other Agile metrics.
- Identify schedule risks and communicate them proactively.
- Manage cross-team dependencies and coordinate with other Scrum Masters and technical teams.
- Support release planning and deployment readiness.
- Track risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and action items.
- Working knowledge of: REST APIs / Microservices SQL and relational databases Python Automated testing Application deployment Production support System integrations Understanding of application architecture and technical dependencies Knowledge of Agile delivery metrics and forecasting
