Job Description
- System Administration & Configuration: Manage application configurations, metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, and calculation scripts across development, test, and production environments
- Automation & Scripting: Build and maintain automated data loads, batch scripts (such as EPM Automate), and integration workflows.
- Security & User Management: Provision user access, assign role-based security profiles, and maintain compliance frameworks.
- Data Integrity & Troubleshooting: Monitor data flows from ERP source systems, reconcile reporting discrepancies, and troubleshoot system or calculation errors.
- Maintenance & Optimization: Apply quarterly patches, perform system health checks, tune calculation performance, and manage backup/recovery procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 7+ years of hands-on technical administration experience with enterprise EPM platforms (e.g., Oracle EPBCS, FCCS, Hyperion Planning, OneStream)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in scripting and data tools like SQL, Groovy, REST APIs, EPM Automate, or general ETL processes.
- Business Acumen: Solid understanding of financial close, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A business workflows. [1]
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills to partner with both finance stakeholders and IT teams
