Job Description
We are seeking experienced Senior Data & Reporting Analysts to join our team in a fully onsite capacity. This role will focus on delivering high-quality data analysis, reporting, and insights to support business operations, with an emphasis on strong SQL expertise and reporting tools.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and SQL
- Strong proficiency in SQL (required), Python
- Experience with reporting tools:
- Preferred: SAP BusinessObjects
- Acceptable: Tableau or Power BI
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of relational databases
- Ability to clearly explain core SQL concepts (e.g., joins, query structure)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with supply chain processes
- Working knowledge of ETL concepts
- Experience with data modeling concepts such as star schema
Additional Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Ability to create and present data-driven insights
Interview Process
- Initial phone screening
- SQL assessment (candidates must demonstrate strong SQL knowledge, including joins and query components)
- Onsite interview (candidates who perform well on SQL assessment will be fast-tracked)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, analyze, and maintain reports to support business decision-making
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
- Translate business requirements into actionable data insights
- Work with relational databases, including understanding data models (e.g., star schema)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on reporting needs and project deliverables
- Present findings and insights clearly to stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
