Project Manager – Technology & CRM Initiatives
We are seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead high-priority initiatives across banking and credit union clients. This role focuses on CRM implementations, enterprise technology modernization, and digital transformation projects that enhance member experience and streamline business processes.
The ideal candidate has recent banking or credit union client experience, strong CRM project delivery expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams while engaging directly with executives and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Delivery: Lead end-to-end execution of enterprise technology and CRM initiatives.
- Project Planning: Develop and manage schedules, budgets, milestones, and governance frameworks.
- Risk Management: Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
- CRM Leadership: Manage CRM implementations, migrations, integrations, and optimization projects.
- Digital Transformation: Drive initiatives in member engagement platforms, workflow automation, enterprise applications, and system integrations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as liaison between technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Executive Reporting: Provide dashboards, risk updates, and milestone reporting to leadership.
- Methodology Application: Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches based on project needs.
- Change Management: Support communication, training, and adoption for new systems.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing technology-focused projects.
- Proven delivery of CRM, enterprise applications, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong cross-functional coordination with technology and business teams.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Skilled in project scheduling, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Highly Preferred
- Recent experience with credit unions, banks, or financial services.
- CRM project leadership with platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with digital banking systems, loan origination platforms, and member service technologies.
- Experience managing vendor contracts, SOWs, and third-party providers.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
