Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support projects in Brazil. The ideal candidate will be a highly professional, presentable, and client-facing Project Manager with excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
The candidate should have experience implementing ERP systems in Brazil, with strong knowledge of Supply Chain ERP processes and implementations. Experience working with manufacturing or automotive organizations is highly desirable.
The Project Manager will manage multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, work with Brazilian and global stakeholders, and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery.

The Project Manager will manage multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, work with Brazilian and global stakeholders, and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation through successful completion, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
- Lead and coordinate ERP implementation projects in Brazil, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and delivery.
- Support Supply Chain ERP initiatives, working with business, technical, operations, and supply chain teams.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing activities, resources, and deliverables.
- Serve as a key client-facing point of contact for Brazilian stakeholders.
- Conduct project meetings, presentations, status reviews, and stakeholder discussions in Portuguese and English.
- Coordinate between Brazilian teams and global project teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, technical teams, leadership, and external partners.
- Track project progress, provide status reporting, and proactively address potential roadblocks.
- Support project governance, change management, and delivery activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong experience as a Project Manager with end-to-end project delivery experience.
- Fluent Portuguese and English communication skills.
- Hands-on experience implementing ERP systems in Brazil.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain ERP / SCM processes.
- Experience working directly with Brazilian stakeholders and global teams.
- Strong client-facing, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong risk, issue, dependency, and escalation management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP implementation, integration, or modernization projects.
- Experience with Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, Planning, or Manufacturing ERP.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, or Industrial environments.
- Experience working with global/multinational organizations and international stakeholders.
- Experience managing ERP implementations involving teams across Brazil and other global regions.
